¡Hola todos! Hey guys!

As you know, been a while. I don’t have an excuse as to why I’ve been distant from the blog other than I’ve been trying to enjoy Salamanca as much as I can before I come home… From tomorrow, there’s only 2 weeks until I come back.. I cannot believe that. It’s absolutely blowing my mind. I’m going to miss the crap out of Spain. It’s the most beautiful place I’ve seen, which arguably the best food I’ve eaten, with the best Spanish ever. There’s a LOT of things I’m going to miss so easily… But, I’m ready to start the next chapter in my life.

Check out my video to hear more of what I’ve got to say! Take care!

¡Hola todos! Hey everybody!

As you can see, it’s been 10 days since I’ve been on here to keep ya’ll up to date. What’s been happening… Well, not nearly as much as was goin’ on in the first half of the trip. I haven’t traveled since I went to Logroño a couple weeks ago. That was actually my last trip. Not enough cash flow to make another trip happen, but that doesn’t matter because I’ve already been able to travel to some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, so I’m super grateful.

Anyway, to catch you guys up to speed on everything that’s been happening recently. November 6 and 7 I had my midterm exams. To be totally honest, I thought that I was going to crush them, but that wasn’t the case. I didn’t do too bad.. but I certainly could have done much better. I will absolutely crush the next ones, though, as now I know what to expect and I’ll know to be better prepared!

Here’s something wild. I’ve got 25 days until I go home. Just about 3 weeks. WHAT?! I cannot believe that is real. Seems like I’ve hardly been here… I was thinking about coming home and what it’ll be like to re-accostum myself to the culture back home. That’ll be interesting. Especially going from Spanish 100% of the time, to English. Gotta keep practicing in everyway that I possibly can.

Another update… as this is my last semester of college, what’s next? Well, the workforce, that’s what. I have actually been applying and interviewing through State Farm, and holy cow am I so excited to announce that I’ve accepted a contingent job offer. What a Blessing! The fact that I’m in Spain, and have a job before I graduate back home is incredible; there are a lot of graduates who still don’t have a job, so it’s pretty cool!

Well guys, that’s about all for now. I’ll keep you posted!

God Bless!

¡Hola a todos vosotros! Hey all you guys!

Been a week since I’ve been here, so I’m sorry for keeping all of you in suspense, ha! Let’s see here… what’s been up… really, not a lot. This past weekend was the first that I hadn’t gone traveling somewhere in a long time, but it was refreshing to be here in Salamanca for the weekend. Granted most of my friends were gone, it was really nice to just hang solo, and wander about the city and keep learning about hidden gems. I keep finding great little cafes and restaruants. Really, Salamanca is a rockin’ city. Beautiful. What’s crazy is that I still only know a small fraction of it, and I’ve been here since September.

This coming weekend is a long weekend, we’ve got a “puente” which is essentially a holiday, I think… Anyway, Nov 1st, Friday, is All Saints Day, and Spain gets that day off! So, as a result, I’m going to take advantage of that and travel one last time… check out the video to see where I’m going and what I’ve been up to…

God Bless!

¡Hola gente! Hello guys!

It’s the 21st of October and I’m counting down the hours until I take Chels back to Madrid to take off and return to all of you guys back home in the states. We’re heading to the train station bright and early and we’re heading to Madrid at 5:50am so that we can get there with ample time to spare before she takes off at 11:45am.

We went to Asturias this weekend. If you saw the previous video/post, you’ll have noticed that Chelsey and I went to Asturias, and specfically, we went to Oviedo (the capital of the region) and Llanes (Heaven).

When we were in Oviedo, we had a blast. We got to see “La Sidra” (the cider) in action. The cider of Asturias is 100% natural. No additives, no nothing. A purely natural alcoholic cider. Delicious. But not nearly as sweet as we’re used to back home, but good. Check out “Sidra Asturiana” in YouTube and I’m sure you’ll see it in action.  We met a couple wonderful ladies named Laura and Pilar, and Laura was a nurse and offered to show us her hospital when we got back yesterday to the capital. So, we did that, and Chels thought it rocked. It was awfully tough to do the translation for everything, but hey, that’s what I’m learning…

Llanes… what to say? It’s litearlly my Heaven. SO amazing. I talk a lot about it in the video here, so check it out and be sure to see the pictures I’ll post soon. As always, the pics will be at the bottom. Next trip may be Portugal, so I’ll keep ya’ll posted. God Bless!

¡Hola a todos vosotros! What’s crackin’ everyone?

I know, I know, I know… It’s been a while and I keep saying that I’ll upload more videos… The problem this time was that I didn’t have the greatest wifi while we were in Granada…

Yes, “we”, CHELSEY IS HERE!!!! The better half of my life is finally here in Spain. Thank God, too, because I was itching to see her. Went to get her in Madrid bright and early on the 10th! Then from there, we took a bus down to Granada… what a beautiful city! We got to check out the Alhambra and all that jazz… The Alhambra was incredible and was absolutely worth seeing. We’d recommend it to any one who is considering checking it out. The rest of the city was incredible too.. Check out the video to see what we’ve got to say about it!

Later this week we plan on traveling more! Check out the blog as always, and keep up to date. Pictures will be at the bottom as always!

God Bless all of you!

¡Hola a todos vosotros! Helllooo all of you!

Thanks again for dropping buy. It’s the 7th, and I’m glad to say that I had a WONDERFUL weekend experience in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. That is currently tied for “Best city in Spain for Cameron” with San Sebastián.

In my video I go into detail about the amazing “marisco” or seafood that I had, and yes, it’s the best in the world. IN THE WORLD. I would like to point out that I spelled something incorrectly, “PRECEBES” not what I said “Percebs” haha. They’re amazing. They deserve my correctiong.

Just a couple days until my beautiful Chelsey gets here, and then we’re heading to Granada for a few days… I think it’s safe to say that it’ll be an amazing trip. If anyone deserves a real serious break, it’s her. Then we’re coming back on the 13th to hang in Salamanca for a while. Should be pretty neat!

I am loving every minute here in Spain and taking lots of pictures (be sure to check out pictures at the bottom of the page)

Keep posted as either tomorrow or Wednesday, I’ll intend to put up another vid.

God Bless!

¡Hola gente! What up guys!

Sorry it’s been a little while since I’ve been here. As you all know, I was traveling. I went to San Sebastián and Lourdes, France. And yes, they were absolutely incredible.

First, I went to San Sebastián. What a beautiful city. My friend showed me around the city and I learned a lot and saw some of the most beautiful scenery I think I’ve ever scene…. yeah, it’s that gorgeous. Good food, good views, good people, good times. Hard to beat that. The city has a cool, laid back yet professional feel to it with a touch of class. So, it’s not a university feel like Salamanca has to it. Not that it’s bad or anything, just different is all. It’s a little more expensive up in the north of Spain, but I think that’s the culture of it. But overall incredible.

From there, I went to Lourdes, France. Yeah, THE Lourdes. The famous pilgrimage site where The Blessed Virgin appeard several times. It was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve partaken in. Helped revitalize my Faith even more, which I’m so grateful for (thank you Christ!). So much to write, so instead, I’ll let the video do the talkin’ (yes, pun intended). I forgot to mention in the video that France was quite cashy. Things are much more expensive there than here in Spain; and I thought Spain was expensive! Now, I like Spanish prices much more, haha. But, vale la cuesta (worth the cost). Couldn’t be happier.

I posted a ton of pictures form both place I went to, they’re all at the bottom of this page, so be sure to check them out, vale? They’re cool as heck.

Great news; Chelsey gets here in ONE WEEK from today. Good Lord I miss that pretty lady. When she gets here, we’re going to Menorca! Can’t wait for that… Anyway, I’ll leave you guys here, okay? Be sure to check it all out!

God Bless!
